A four-piece Edwardian mahogany bedroom suite comprising a four-drawer chest of drawers to block supports, 105 x 81 x 43cm, a swing mirror three-drawer dressing table, a mirror door wardrobe with oval central mirror to panels carved with swags and bows either side, to lower single drawer and plinth and bracket support, 192 x 102 x 44cm and a double bed frame with carved top and footboard (4).
A reproduction burr walnut dining room suite comprising extending table with additional single leaf, raised on carved cabriole supports, 75 x 126 x 80cm, width of leaf 38cm, together with a set of six splat back dining chairs with drop-in seats and carved cabriole front supports (4+2) (af) (7).Condition Report: There is water damage to the top of the table, with further scuffs and signs of wear visible. The chairs also have signs of wear, notably scuffs and scrapes visible throughout.
A small oak circular top table with heart-shaped cut-outs to the sides, circular top, height 46cm, diameter 40cm, together with a 19th century stained mahogany plantstand, with circular top, on turned and fluted column to stepped circular base, height 101cm, diameter of top 25.5cm (2).Condition Report: There are some splits to the wood on both items. The table top is split through the middle and is slightly loose. Scuffs scrapes and stains to the top also, sign of old worm damage to one upright, with losses to the opposing upright. A 19th century circular tilt-top side table on a gun barrel turned column and outswept tripod base, height 71.5cm.Condition Report: The top has got some stains, scratches and various knocks commensurate with age, a repair to one leg and latches missing from the catch and the top has a big crack in it.
A Victorian rosewood fold-over table to rectangular column support with carved acanthus leaf decoration, to four paw and ball supports, length when extended 86cm.Condition Report: ***Please note amended description*** The top is loose on the column, and there are various scuffs and scrapes to the top, fold over top also has some light surface scratches. The beading to the lower part of the frieze is missing on both sides. Chips and losses to veneer, with further splits visible and minor scuffing to feet.
A 19th century mahogany demi-lune fold-over tea table with boxwood inlay, on square tapering legs, height 73cm, width 92cm, depth closed 45.5cm.Condition Report: The top is water damaged, has ring marks, scratches to some of the box wood stringing which has come off, inside the water has got into it and there is some water damage to the edges and various knocks and scratches commensurate with age to the rest of it.
Three early 20th century circular occasional tables, including a wine table and a mahogany circular table with baluster and tripartite support, together with a reproduction mahogany drop-leaf side table with red leather insert and twin drawers to the front, to baluster and paw feet support to either side, with cross stretcher (4).

An Edwardian mahogany vanity stand with circular bevel edge mirror on an adjustable arm, with circular table top, on a ring turned column with tripod base, height 138cm.Condition Report: The frame of the mirror has split in one place but could be glued back together, also the top has some marks and scratches and various marks to the base.
