A 19th century treen ovoid snuff box on turned stand, height 9cm, and a deer's hoof snuff box with brass hinged lid. Condition Report: lot 97 - the treen table snuff has a 4cm crack to its lid together with blemishes and a water stain type mark. The hoof box brass mount and lid is misshapen and buckled.
A good French rectangular centre table in Louis XVI taste, the mahogany table with scagliola top within a moulded gilt bronze frame, the whole with chased gilt bronze mounts with twelve scrolling panels to the long sides, one is fitted with a drawer, fluted, turned tapering legs on gilt bronze vase sabot, 72 x 110.5cm, the lock plate initialled JBB. A Regency rosewood sofa table with bobbin turned edge and anthemnion carving to the frieze, one side is fitted a drawer, the whole of leaf carved, tapering pedestal, quadruple plinth base and paw carved feet, width 149cm, depth 65cm. (See illustration) Condition Report: lot 2831 - the left hand flap is warped. the centre section has a slight warp in the middle and the right hand flap also slightly warped. the decorative moulding around the edges is missing in areas. splits to the base of the pedestal column.
