A 19th century style mahogany side table, with single drawer, on turned legs, 77cm H x 77cm W x 51cm D CONDITION REPORT: The table appears to have been adapted or altered using original timbers but is not early 19th century in date. Probably 19th century and later timbers and constructed in the 19th century style. The handle is not original and there is later wood to the front and to the inside. General light age wear patina but overall ok.
A Regency / early 19th century inlaid mahogany side table, with drawer, on lyre shaped end supports and brass paw feet, 72cm H x 56cm W x 45cm D (At fault) CONDITION REPORT: Two of the brass inlaid strips to the top are lacking, and some section of wood moulding detached. Some of the pieces of brass and wood are inside the drawer but may not be complete. The table has scratches and scuffs consistent with age and the screws to the underside may not be original. The lock may also not be original. There is some old worm holes visible to the underside of the frame. The base of the drawer has some cracks. (ATTENTION WILL BE NEEDED)
A pair of Edwardian mahogany bookcases, of slender form, one lacking part of foot, 121cm H, with an oak drop leaf dining table (3) CONDITION REPORT: The oak table top has several marks and the varnished finish has worn / flaked throughout the surface. General age wear to legs. 74cm H, 106cm W, 151cm at its longest, 101.5cm with one leaf up and 51.5cm when both leaves are down.
An Edwardian inlaid satinwood kidney shaped bijouterie table in the manner of Edwards and Roberts, on tapered legs with 'X' shaped stretcher, 74cm H x 60.5cm W x 39cm D CONDITION REPORT: There are two sections of the string banding to the top which are lacking and one section which has lifted a little. There is a section to the upper edge of the base section where the veneer has lifted. Velvet lining to the interior is hardened in parts - a liquid must have spilt on it. Some paint splashes to the underside of the base. Light age wear patina but despite faults appearance ok. (Please see extra images)

A Regency style mahogany twin pillar dining table, with two spare leaves, on splayed legs, 75cm H x 245cm W x 111cm D (size when fully extended), with a ten assorted Hepplewhite style dining chairs, including two with arms (11) (AS FOUND) CONDITION REPORT: The table and chairs are mid to late 20th in age. There chairs do not match and there is some colour variation between them. The table may need additional screws to join the top to the pedestals. The top with general wear through use.

An early 20th century carved walnut circular centre table, the top with a raised serpentine edge, on elaborate carved cabriole legs and claw and ball feet, with label to the underside for Warings of Liverpool, 79cm H x 77cm diameter CONDITION REPORT: A small section of the raised edge is lacking and a section next to this has been glued back into position. ANother section of the raised edge has been repaired and a thin surface section is lacking. The table is faded and there are some watermarks. General scuffs to the legs. Despite faults overall appearance fair.

An inlaid mahogany 'D' end dining table, with two spare leaves, on tapered legs, 76.5cm H x 240cm W x 120cm D CONDITION REPORT: The table is not period George III. Of an even colour, the surface has some general light age wear scratches through use and there is wear at the corners of the leaves and the D ends. Some small sections of veneer lacking to one section and there is an old crack. The brackets to the underside are not original. Overall fair (see extra images)
