General heavy wear to the stretchers and feet, commensurate with age, overall the item is structurally sound, however, there is some movement in the joints

Scratches to the underside of the tier and general heavier wear to the base and feet commensurate with age. The item is structurally sound with little to no movement to the joints.

A 19th Century French Provincial Cherry Wood Kitchen Table, with five plank cleated top, draw leaves to both ends, plain frieze, on square tapered legs, 73ins x 34ins x 32ins high The top has dark scattered scratching and watermarks. The edges have knocks and rubbing. Flight holes present on the underside and top, evidence of historic woodworm. The top is heavily bowed and the drawer leaves do not run easily and signs of shrinkage between the planks. General heavier wear to the legs commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound, however there is some movement in the joints.

Three George V Silver and Blue Enamel Dressing Table Items and Three Other Pieces, the three items by Charles and Richard Comyns London 1925, with pale blue guilloche enamel lids or backs, comprising - oval box with cloth lined interior and on twin wing and paw feet, 7.75ins x 6ins x 3.125ins high, a silver and enamel topped hob-nail cut glass jar, 5ins high overall, and a silver and enamel backed hand mirror, a pair of George VI silver and blue enamel backed clothes brushes, London 1946, and one other silver backed hand mirror Oval box - one very small imperfection on lid at one o'clock. Light surface scratches around the border. Hallmarks well struck on the gilded inner rim, and partial marks on the back exterior rim of the lid - these are rubbed. Cloth lined interior is faded and dirty. Scuffs to the exterior covered base.Hob-nail cut glass jar - 6mm scratch to the lid. Two dents to the inner rim of lid. Hallmarks well struck, with the exception of the makers mark, on this inner rim. A few small flake chips to the hobnail cutting.Hand mirror - scattered minor surface scratches to the silver rim. Hallmarks well struck on the rim. Very minor scattered scratches to the enamel. Pair of clothes brushes - one has a large surface chip to the enamel at one end - measures approx 10mm x 4mm - and a minor dent to silver rim. The other has a tiny bruise to the enamel at one end. Hallmarks on both rims are very rubbed.Silver backed hand mirror - several small scattered dents and surface scratches. Hallmarks are a bit rubbed.

The veneer is starting to lift around the crossbanding on the top. Drawers run easily. The base is slightly faded compared to the top. There is general heavier wear to the feet and stretchers commensurate with age. The mirror- general scattered scratching to all of the components of the mirror, some slight oxidisation to the metal parts. There are three brass finials missing from the mirror plate, laying the screws bare. In the joints of the right and left hand side of the moulding around the mirror plate there are general signs of shrinkage. At the top of the central mirror plate there are some knocks and silvering loss to the mirror. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement to the joints.
