4 1/2 inch scale Burrell single cylinder agricultural engine, with steel boiler last tested 27/02/1999 to 110 psi SFMES certificate No.2035. The engine constructed from Plastow castings and drawings. Boilers fittings including water gauge, glass missing, shut-off cocks, pressure gauge, blower, injector, whistle, water lifter and clack valves, mud door and drain plug. Engine details include single cylinder 3 1/4 inch bore x 3 3/4 inch stroke, footplate controlled draincocks and pipework, ratchet operated lubricator, shut off valve, bar type crosshead guides, valve spindle guide Stephenson's link reverse, 2 road speeds mounted outside the horn plates, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, belt driven Pickering-type govenor and unusual solid flywheel, wick-type lubricator boxes and oil pots to bearings. Chassis detail including worm and roller chain steering spoked straked wheels with brass hubcaps, rubber tyres fitted for road use, footplate-controlled damper, band brake and 2 wheeled driving trolley. Finished in red and black paintwork with polished steel and chromed finishings.

A Louis XV gilt bronze mounted and lacquered wood mantel clock and bracket, the movement signed 'Bunon a Paris', mid 18th century, the 11" dial with blue enamel Roman chapters and foliate cast and marked 'A Dmyrauld a Paris', over a chequered case floor, the movement with five brass pillars and verge escapement and outside count wheel, the back inscribed 'Bunon, Paris' and striking on a bell, the glazed door cast with a classical couple and lap dog, supported on figurehead scroll bracket feet, the domed top surmounted by a winged figure with orb, the rear door inlaid with foliate strapwork, and a matching tapering gilt bronze mounted bracket with foliate wrapped acanthus cast finial, the clock 45" high overall, the bracket 17" high.
