Thomas Smith of London - an early 19th century mahogany longcase clock, the hood having stop-fluted brass pilasters, flanking 12" arch brass dial, signed and with strike/silent dial to the arch, silvered chapter ring, with Roman and Arabic numerals, matted centre, subsidiary seconds dial and rolling date dial, twin winding holes for a brass eight-day five pillar weight driven movement striking on a bell, the case having arched panelled door to a boxbase, h.212cm (excluding brass finials).Not currently running (swing of pendulum appears too short).With pendulum and brass cased weight, no key.Strike train wire is broken.Pendulum repaired.Dial with tarnishing, otherwise good.Hood missing section to top and glass to right side is cracked.Case generally good, faded to one side and with loss to bottom left corner of door.Lock to door missing.No feet to case.Brass mounts to top and bottom of back left column missing.

A late 18th century Dutch ebonised bracket clock, having engraved arched brass dial, with subsidiary convex repeat dial to the arch and centre alarm dial, Roman and Arabic numerals, three winding holes for a rare and complicated two day four train movement, being a fusee going train and hour striking train, a quarter-hour striking train and a pull wind alarm train, with original verge escapement, all striking the quarter hours on one bell and the quarters and hours on the hour on two bells, engraved backplate, the case with glazed side panels and rear door, h.39cm (excluding brass carry handle).In running order.Both pull repeats/strikes working.Movement in good condition.Case worn, possibly repainted, some paint losses to extremities.Glass to back door is replacement.Velvet backing behind brass fret panels is replacement.

Daniel Vauguion of London - a mid-18th century ebonised bracket clock, the arched brass dial signed to silvered plaque to arch, with subsidiary strike/silent dial, silvered chapter ring, rolling date dial, gilt brass corner spandrels, twin winding holes for a brass eight day double fusee movement, having anchor escapement, with pull repeat, elaborately engraved backplate, the case with glazed side panels and back, h.46cm (handle down).Fully working including strike and pull repeat.Movement good.Some tarnishing to silvered chapter ring, strike/silent dial and name arch.All gilding good.Case good to very good, with modest age wear only.Very minor fret losses to back door.

A Victorian mahogany bookcase cabinet by James Winter & Sons, the upper section having twin arched glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the base fitted with twin frieze drawers over conforming arched panelled lower cupboard doors, stamped 'James Winter & Sons, 151 153 155 Wardour Street, Soho, London' to upper edge of right hand cupboard door, h.195cm, w.141cm, d.48cm.Overall very good and original.Patina original.Unfinished mahogany drawer linings.No particular faults noted.Can be separated.

A fine quality Edwardian mahogany and profusely inlaid display cabinet, having galleried top, central glazed door flanked by bow fronted panels, the whole profusely decorated with herringbone inlay Cherubs and floral decoration. Condition Report: Overall condition excellent, no major defects or damage. Colour and inlay very good.
