15th century AD. A large bronze door key, the circular hoop with foliate ornament, a chamfered shank hollow at the tip and with collar at top, with toothed cut wards. 67 grams, 11cm (4 1/4"). A George III oak linen press, having a pair of panel doors, above two short and two long drawers, 123 cm wide Provenance: Althorp Estate Condition report Report by GH Cornice dented and marked. Doors generally reasonably good. However left hand door has two repairs to where it has cracked near the hinges. Interior lacks two of the sliding drawers. The top left hand drawer of the bottom is missing its swan neck handle which doesn't appear to be present. Some of the other handles are also loose. The right hand side of the front to the right of the drawers has completely come off and is no longer present. The same goes for the lower half of the left hand side of the drawers. Otherwise generally well worn and used with dents, cracks, scratches and marks/
A Victorian walnut tabletop stationery cabinet, 37 cm wide Condition report Report by GH Half of the vertical piece of cockbeading between the two swinging doors is broken off. Otherwise some uneven sun fading to the top and general wear and tear. Also a couple of large scratches on the lower left hand side. Metal generally in reasonable condition, but the right hand escutcheon plate has a small loss. Also the handle for the lower drawer is off and no longer present. Internally the piece is reasonable but the pin holding the bottom drawer is bent but present. There is some loss to the inside of the right hand door and there are no letters for the date apertures.

Inlay generally good with no obvious major areas of loss or damage. Both glass panes in tact. Some small scuffs to the turned feet. A Victorian mahogany wardrobe, having a mirrored door flanked by a pair of panel doors, 194 cm wide Condition report Report by MW The wardrobe has general wear commensurate with age. The right hand door front, when looking straight on, has a large piece of moulding missing from below the handle, right to the top of the door, the handles are all replacements. Inside that double wardrobe, it still contains its original fitted interior with four drawers and four slides. The plinth bottom has rub marks, scratches where the doors have rubbed over the years. The moulding on the single door wardrobe front has replacement moulding on the outside edge from top to bottom, handles are replacements. Internally, the lower drawer is missing. There is no apparent wood worm all over the piece, but it is very worn and scratched all over.
