If in doubt please contact the auctioneers.Commissioned by our vendor and her husband in 2002 with the intention of travelling through the canals and rivers of Europe before heading to the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. Unfortunately, a change of circumstances meant she was never fully fitted out and she has lain unused for several years, the boat safety certificate ran out in December 2020; our vendors husband has passed away and she now wishes to emigrate to be near her family in New Zealand. Designed as a Home from Home, she was initially intended to be 27 metres before a change in Continental regulations meant 3 metres were removed. Handed over in 2004 the hull, with several steel bulkheads has a V bottom with twin bilge keels for drying out. All windows and doors are UPVC double glazed. Propulsion She is fitted with a Daewoo MD136T marine 250hp diesel engine (believed some 30 hours of use and run in 2020), shaft drive, the steel fuel tank is rated at 2000 litres, a S.A. Mart/Dong-1 hydraulic steering system was installed along with a Vetus bow thruster. The steering is operated from a steering platform that raises above the deck along with manual cut outs in the stern. Electrical system The electrics are Victron Phoenix charger and inverter with multiple power points through the vessel and fuse board in the utility room, there is also a E-QD marine generator. Heating and sanitation Heating is by a domestic Warmflow diesel boiler piped to radiators with separate hot water tank. The hot water uses a CMI water pump to the two showers, two vanity units, kitchen and the 3 person Cayman hot tub. Two Sanicompact dual flush toilets empty into two black tanks with emptying either side (one not connected), there are four fresh water interconnected tanks, believed 800 litres each, total 3200 litres, there are two grey water tanks. All of these systems need recommissioning due to lack of use. Layout The layout of the boat, which could be altered, comprises master bedroom in the bow with fully fitted wardrobes and vanity unit, there is a door and window to the bow deck with electric roller shutter, next comes the entrance hall, doors either side with adjustable steering platform above, a passageway leads to the utility room, with boiler, hot water tank, manual bilge pump, electric fuse board, shower and multiple cupboards. Next is the first heads. A door leads to the living/dining room with separate kitchen (too large to be a galley!). This leads through to the second bedroom/spa bathroom with separate shower and second heads. The stern section has a workshop to one side and a third bedroom to the other with door and electric roller shutter to the rear deck. Offered for sale as a project with no warranty implied or given, Spicers recommend that potential purchasers satisfy themselves as the completeness and useability of all components fitted. There are copious receipts for all works and fittings (VAT was reclaimed at the time of construction), instruction manuals for most, if not all fittings. It should be noted that the bulkhead beneath the steering platform was the only one with any water in the bilge, the others were all bone dry. It is believed the underside was painted c.2014 and the exterior c.2019. There is no mooring available with her and Spicers can only offer a very short period of mooring before she will be need to be moved. Tyke offers the competent ship fitter an ideal way to make their own mark on this impressive vessel that would be ideal to travel the waterways of Europe or be semi permanently moored in a marina, canal or river.
