Attributed to Andre Bicat (French 1909-1966), a watercolour of a house and it's surroundings, with signature to lower left. Bicat was exhibited at the Leicester Galleries in 1959. Framed and glazed, internal dimensions 42cm x 31cm, together with an Andrew Archer Gamley R.S.W. (Scottish 1869-1949) watercolour on paper, a landscape c1942, bearing a paper label to verso, given as a gift by the artist to his niece, with a view from the door at Tighnabruaich, Scotland, framed and glazed, internal dimensions 36.5cm x 27cm, Gamley exhibited at The Royal Academy and Royal Scottish Academy (2)
George III mahogany bureau bookcase, the moulded key pattern top above two astragal glazed doors with adjustable shelves, the bureau with fall front enclosing a fitted interior above four drawers with brass swan neck handles, raised on bracket feetTop right door is slightly warped, glass to both doors is in good condition. Needs a good clean and polish with some minor repairs needed (see photos). No splits to sides on top or base.

Early 19th Century mahogany and boxwood line inlaid dome top bracket clock, the enamel dial with Roman numerals, the two train movement striking on a gong, the back plate inscribed ' Geo Grove, London 'Case is in good condition, no major damage or repairs, just slight cracks to the veneer joins. It has been restored at some point. Movement is reasonably clean and is currently running and chiming, although we give no guarantees it will remain so or to how long it runs for. Crack to glass on back door. Dial is in original condition.

Badly warped front door and a few bits of ormolu are missing. It is in need of extensive repair and restoration.
