A late 17th or early 18th century marquetry walnut veneered long case clock, the 10 1/2ins. square dial signed John Parker, Londini fecit to the silvered chapter ring, the centre with a subsidiary seconds dial at 12 o'clock and a calendar niche at 6 o'clock. The hood with ebonised spiral columns, the door with three panels of floral marquetry, those two, above and below the lenticle, each with a bird with a pewter eye. Height 79ins. Base reduced.
