J Durden, London, striking bracket mantel clock. 19th century, pagoda style top with brass corner finials (two missing), surmounted by brass handle. Silk lined fretwork to the sides and back. Silvered chapter ring with engraved Roman numerals and gilt metal spandrels. Open brass fretwork to the door, flanked by reeded chamfered corners. Supported on splayed brass feet. Eight day Lenziron movement, s/n. 822719. Case in need of restoration, key and pendulum present. H41cm handle up.
