Large mixed collection of trade items to include nuts, bolts, screws, joints, door hinges, locks, ties straps, padlocks etc.This lot is either a catalogue return, unclaimed good or a despatch return and is sold without reserve. It is boxed and sealed and therefore cannot be viewed in its entirety and as such we are unable to give a condition report. Sealed boxes cannot be opened for viewing and refunds cannot be given for lots that are faulty or incomplete.
A late 19th Century Oak cased, Longcase Regulator Wall Clock by Kendal & Dent of London, having single pane arched top glazed door opening to reveal an alloy face with Roman numerals and inset seconds dial with Arabic numerals, the steel shaft pendulum having a large brass cylindrical bob weight, the movement driven by a large cylindrical brass weight. A small door to the top opens to assist the hanging of the pendulum and via which can be seen the dead-beat escapement having power maintain winding. The door to the case has two brass locks but the keys are not present although a winding key is sold with the clock, 14 1/4'' wide x 56'' high x 9'' deep.
A Victorian mahogany breakfront bookcase by H Mawer & Stephenson Ltd of London, having four glazed doors enclosing shelved interior, one door stamped, w.198cm, d.48cm, h.121cm Condition Report / Extra Information Internal depth outer sides 32cm.The top with scratches.Losses to moulding of top right back edge.Several knocks and dents etc to plinth base.Split to top right hand door.Tired and in need of a polish.
