CONDITION REPORT: In good usable, if a little dusty and grubby, condition with only minor wear and tear.

CONDITION REPORT: Overall clean useable condition, a little dry and grubby in places, minor wear and tear.
18TH CENTURY FRUITWOOD HANGING CANDLE BOX with slide out arched door and pierced arch back. 36cm approx. Together with an 18th Century mahogany cutlery tray with heart shaped loop handle to the central division. 32cm. (2) CONDITION REPORT: Candle box has minor splitting to the back and the door has experienced some shrinkage although it is still a decent loose fit. Cutlery tray has repair to the handle and cracks in places.

CONDITION REPORT: Overall in good condition with only obvious wear and tear, scuffs and marks commensurate with age. One draw handle is missing its loop and similarly one cupboard door handle is missing its loop.
LATE 18TH CENTURY MAHOGANY EIGHT DAY LONG CASE CLOCK by Budgen of Croydon, the case having arched hood with brass ball and spike finials above arched aperture flanked by reeded, canted angles, the waist with moulded arch door flanked by reeded canted angles on a panelled base with bracket feet and shaped apron. 42cm x 35.5cm brass face having foliate pierced spandrels, Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture. Eight day, two train movement, striking on one bell. 239cm approx. CONDITION REPORT: Overall appearing in good original condition, plain field to the face suggests possible lacking decoration, otherwise good, includes two weights and pendulum. Backboard behind movement has a circular hole covered with a piece of cardboard.

Arched, painted face with fox hunting scene and churches, having Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture. 47cm x 32cm. Eight day two train movement, striking on one bell. 223.5cm high approx. CONDITION REPORT: Generally in good condition for age, the name painted on the face has been poorly done. Scuffs and wear commensurate with age. Two weights and pendulum.

Overall 112cm high. CONDITION REPORT: May have been reduced, otherwise good condition, face has been well re-painted.
