A 19th century walnut linen press, fitted with slides, having drawers below, on a plinth base, by Maple & Co. Ltd, London and Paris127w x 58d x 210h cmOverall condition is usable, but scruffy. The clock is closed and we do not have a key, but the doors still open together. Slides are inside. Drawers run, but are not smooth and some are split in the base. Handles are complete. Metal handles are tarnished. Quite a few knocks to corners, edges and mouldings, with some losses and visible marks to the surfaces. Unrestored and dirty, having come straight from a house. Has a Maple label inside the door. The top lifts off the base.
