ISAAC HADWEN SEDBERGH; an 18th century oak thirty hour longcase clock, with 10" brass dial and silvered chapter ring set with Roman numerals, above long door and plinth base, height 194cm. CONDITION REPORT: Movement, dial and case independently associated, no glass to door, damage to moulded pediment, replaced moulding to top of main case, repairs to hinges and case with quite 'dry' finish throughout.
A Victorian inlaid rosewood coal box, the fall front opening to reveal a metal liner, height 49cm, width 35.5cm, depth 34.5cm. Condition report: Scuffs on front top edge and down both front sides. Scuffs and scratches to the top. Small amount of scuffs to sides. When front door pulls down it doesn't stop halfway like others do. No apparent woodworm. Liner in good condition.
