The integral side columns enriched with blind-fretwork and raised on break-front plinths. The frame enriched with jewel-work carving, opening to reveal a bank of six drawers below pigeon holes to the interior, 28¾ ins (73 cms) high, 27 ins (69 cms) wide, 11 ins (28 cms) deep.

A 17th century muntin enriched with foliate carved S-scrolls 16½ ins x 5½ ins (42 cm x 14 cms). The single panel upper doors and twin panel lower doors carved with scrolling foliage to the centres adorned with ebonised facet cut appliqués and bosses within broad moulded borders, flanked by stop fluted pilasters with inlaid ebony reeds and scrolled capitals.
