Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin - A 20th Century Arts and Crafts style pine gentleman's vanity unit, with three drawers, open shelfing slots to exterior. The door opening to reveal shelving and a mirror to inside. The door having typical decorative Arts and Crafts style designed iron strap hinges. Designed for the Rockside Hydro in Matlock, Derbyshire. Approx. 197cm high x 91.5cm wide x 53cm deep. Further Details: Panels have been made up (so overall piece is mixture of dates), some have been cut to back of the unit in the past (possibly for cables etc), missing panels to each side edging, some holes near handle, slight spitting and holes in places. No keys, and general age related wear.

Tom Robertson - McIntosh of Kirkcaldy - A teak Dunvegan sideboard, fitted with a central double door cupboard flanked by a drinks cabinet with pull-out serving slide to one side and a bank of three drawers to the other, raised to tapered legs, bears label, height 76cm, width 201cm and depth 48cm, some marks to the top.
An early 19th century figured mahogany eight-day longcase clock. The 13-inch broken-arch white-painted dial below three gilt-metal spherical finials and a dentil cornice above two marquetry paterae; the dial decorated with a Battle of Trafalgar scene and surmounted with a shoulder-length portrait of Admiral Nelson; Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds-hand below the 12 o'clock position, date-hand above the 6 o'clock position; signed W. Colepitts - S. Shields. The finely figured and shaped boxwood-strung trunk door centred with a vertical marquetry conch shell and quadrant fleur-de-lys style marquetry spandrels. Figured mahogany box-base on ogee bracket feet. With weights and pendulum. (255 cm high) Condition Report: Good overall condition with nice overall colour with only a few minor pieces of veneer away, appears to have holes drilled at the 8 and 4 o'clock position on the dial.
A large and imposing late Regency period brass-inlaid rosewood wall-hanging drop-dial clock: the octagonal dial frame with gadrooned edge around a 12-inch dial with subsidiary seconds hand below the 12 o'clock position; the brass movement with single fusee and above a concave-sided glazed pendulum aperture flanked by late Regency style carving; convex hinged door below, cornered by brass stringing and inlaid brass flowerheads; together with pendulum and key. (LWH 45 x 17.5 x 70 cm). * Condition: Case has had some restoration at some stage in the past 30-40 years. The carved scalloped bracket to the lower left of the bezel is a replacement and the lower case door is also probably replaced, with some staining visible to the surrounding veneers and two lines of brass inlay missing from either side. There is some brass inlay missing to the right of the dial door hinge, and the inlay is lifting to the opposite side. The dial appears to be (well) repainted and there are a few surface rust spots to the hands. Some wear to polish around the lower case window. There is a detached piece of cockbeading to the lower left of the case (which is present inside the clock case). The movement appears to have been professionally cleaned and restored.

A George III and later walnut and crossbanded cased eight-day longcase clock: 11-inch broken arch brass dial centred with a convex roundel engraved with an open-winged eagle and with the legend 'tempus fugit' and above a silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals signed 'John Coates - Cirencester', cornered by ornately pierced gilt-metal spandrels, date aperture above the six o'clock position and within further foliate-style engraving;, crossbanded trunk door raised on short bracket feet, together with two weights, pendulum and two keys. (211 cm high)

Reputedly former collection of Dr Albert Figdor This is a court cupboard in the true sense of the word - designed principally for display, probably for use in 'The Great Hall’ of a large manor house.
