A Regency mahogany and brass inlaid linen press, circa 1815, the panel doors enclosing a hanging rail, 218cm high, 120cm wide, 54cm deepCondition Report: As catalogued this has a later hanging rail not shelves, there are marks and holes where the brackets have been to hold the shelves/slides previously Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use, the sides are indented, marked, and with some issues to the polished surface, this has probably been wedged into an alcove or recess previously - if wished to stand in a room it would probably require a clean and a polish, to a section of the base there are white deposits that look like paint Handles are probably original, there are marks to the drawer fronts where these have rubbed over time,Old chips, losses, and some replacements to veneers, inlays, mouldings, beadings,Old splits and cracks, one panel door especially with splits to top and bottom,Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition Condition Report Disclaimer

A Victorian ebonised cabinet bookcase, late 19th century, 242cm high, 146cm wide, 41cm deepCondition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use, some scratches going through the ebonised finish and revealing the underlying timber, the is is especially to the plinth base. The plinth base with some looseness to the moulded edge - this is catching on one door and preventing it from opening. This may simply be due to an uneven floor at Donnington but Dreweatts cannot guarantee this - it may need some attention prior to use in a domestic setting. A walnut, burr walnut and crossbanded cabinet on chest, circa 1710 and later, 178cm high, 119cm wide, 57cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use,Chips, losses, and some replacements to veneer and timber, the fronts of the doors with inset and missing elements Old cracks and splits, one corner of the door with split through timber and veneer and also signs of woodworm and filler, the other door also with smaller splits but also woodworm and filler Missing an escutcheon to the door, the drawers also missing some and with replacement handles, where these handles are missing there is evidence of veneer replacement - as this is on the burr panels this is noticeable, various missing handles as can be seen in the catalogue imageThe interior with paper labels applied to the drawer fronts, the interior handles have rubbed and gouged the drawer frontsThere are no keys present, the lock to the cupboard doors is in the lock position so is propped open at Donnington Priory This has had restoration previously but would benefit from further sympathetic restorationCondition Report Disclaimer

There are 2 or 3 receipts for work carried out and MOT certificate from 2012 - 2017 and last year. This car was driven to our site. it does seem to have a minor exhaust leak from manifold/cat/front of the exhaust system but everything else seems to work that hasnt been mentioned in description
