Some wear to the velvet interior. Overall condition is very good.

18TH CENTURY STAINED PINE THIRTY HOUR COTTAGE LONG CASE CLOCK marked William Coulton, York, having flat moulded cornice over square aperture flanked by moulded pilasters, tall arch waist door on panel base. Brass face with foliate mask spandrels and silvered chapter ring, Roman numerals and date aperture. Thirty hour movement striking on one bell. The face 10.5" square, overall 84" high approx. CONDITION REPORT: The face overall grubby and a little dry. Includes weight and pendulum head but no pendulum shaft.
A VICTORIAN MAHOGANY TWO STAGE PRESS CUPBOARD, having moulded cornice over two arch panel blind doors revealing sliding fitted shelves to the interior and flanked by moulded corbels, on a projecting base with two short and two long moulded drawers having turned knobs on a platform base. Circa 1890. 53"x 27"x 89". 135cm x 68.5cm x 226cm. CONDITION REPORT: Overall good condition generally some minor wear commensurate with age, veneer crack noted to top of one door, scuffs and marks around platform base, one end is faded and bleached.

CONDITION REPORT: Minor wear and losses to veneer in places but overall appearing in good original condition, with only wear and tear commensurate with age.
LATE 17TH CENTURY SPLIT FRONTED, OAK COFFER, having moulded two plank top on original staple hinges, above geometrically moulded front panel, now split to provide centre door, standing on moulded stile feet. 137cm x 55cm x 69cm. CONDITION REPORT: Basically sound condition, commensurate with age, front panel has been split to provide centre door, ink stains and water stains, generally, some splitting with age.
18TH CENTURY WELSH OAK COFFER now split and converted to form a two door cupboard with ogee pointed arch panels under a moulded top, the projecting base with three moulded frieze drawers above shaped apron with stile feet. 52 x 21.5 x 41 inches (133 x 54 x 105cm). CONDITION REPORT: Converted from a coffer. Handles replaced. Some repairs and replacements noted. Overall useable condition.
EARLY 19TH CENTURY WELSH OAK DEUDDARN, having moulded over hanging canopy with drop finials, three ogee pointed arch panel doors above two long and one short frieze drawers and two blind panel cupboards below, on bracket feet. 54" x 22" x 71". 136cm x 56cm x 181cm. CONDITION REPORT: Overall basically good, a little dry, lacking in patternation. Vertical split to one upper door panel, bracket feet maybe replacements.
GEORGE VI MAHOGANY TWO STAGE CHIFFONIER LIBRARY BOOK CASE, the glazed top with bead moulded cornice over two doors revealing adjustable shelves to the interior flanked by scroll moulded pilasters and on acanthus and foliate moulded end supports. The projecting base with a pair of moulded drawers above two blind paneled cupboards. 52 x 20 x 82 inches (182 x 52 x 210cm). CONDITION REPORT: Very dusty and grubby overall but basically appearing sound. One small piece of moulded is detached but extant. Small split noted to end panels. A little pale and dry in places. One door escutcheon is partly missing.

CONDITION REPORT: Overall appearing good condition commensurate with age, a little dry with minor wear and tear but no obvious damage or losses, staining to interior lining.
