A late Victorian figured walnut inlaid Bureau de Dame having a two door cabinet top, decorated with a gilt metal gallery and mounts, with a mirrored panel to the centre, above a fall front writing flap with a leather inset to the opposite and enclosed fitted drawers with pigeon holes, above a plain frieze with undertier, richly decorated all over with floral satinwood inlaid motifs, raised on shaped supports, decorated with gilt metal appliques, 141cm high x 80.5cm long x 54cm wide
A Georgian longcase clock by John Stancliffe with an eight day movement, the hood having a swan shaped pediment above a glazed swing door enclosing a brass and painted arched dial with a silvered chapter ring bearing Roman numerals and Arabic numbers, with a subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture to the centre, with gilt embossed spandrels decorated with cherub masks to each corner. The trunk having carved foliate decoration to the frieze above a central door housing two lead weights and pendulum, flanked by fluted column supports, 228cm high x 53cm long x 25cm deep
