Seven Art Nouveau finger plates, each of ogee form, in two designs including honesty seed pods and a sinuous flowering design, 28cm long, with two Art Nouveau style tiles, 15cm by 15cm (9) CONDITION REPORT: The door finger plates are made of wood with a pen work type detailing. They were all painted white which has mostly been cleaned off but not at the edges. There seem to be three near pairs, all grubby with some surface scratches, on with a small split to the edge. One plate is still painted.
A 19th century eight day slate mantel clock, with Roman numeral chapter ring (cracked) and visible escapement, with movement striking on a bell, with domed top, on plinth base, the pendulum stamped 'Billev Brevete S.G.D.G', 49cm H CONDITION REPORT: There are some nibbles and chips to the slate around the base section. A few nibbles to the slate by the back door. There is a partially repaired chip to the chapter ring at 3 o'clock and several small hair line cracks between 2 and 3. Movement clean and bright. We can not guarantee that it is in full working order. Please note that if you are considering buying this clock, it is very heavy and this may affect your shipping quote.
An early 20th century Winterhalder & Hofmeier German ebonised eight-day bracket clock, the architectural case with pagoda shaped top mounted with silvered metal caryatids, glazed arched door enclosing a chromed face plated with Roman numeral dial and subsidiary dial, movement striking on a gong, 41cm high
A brass repeating carriage clock, the enamel dial with Roman numerals marked 'Ritchie & Son Paris' and movement striking on a gong, back plate marked E.M & Co, 12.5cm high (measured with handle up), CONDITION REPORT: The repeat button does work but the chime does not correspond with the hour shown. There is NO key so this clock has not been wound to see if it runs. The back door does not close fully. The brass case with age wear tarnishing and a few marks. Lettering for retailers name on the dial worn and enamel grubby. Glass panels with a few light scratches.
A Regency brass mounted mahogany fusee bracket clock by William Hanson believed to have originally belonged to the Duke of Gloucester, enamel Roman numeral dial signed Will', Hanson Windsor', with twin fusee movement striking on a bell, engraved brass back plate also signed, the case the dome top and brass grills, on bracket feet, 38cm H (size with loop down), 30cm W x 18.5cm DPROVENANCE: Purchased from Noman Adams Ltd 7th April 1997 for £6120.00. the receipt states: 'The clock was originally owned by The Duke of Gloucester and left to his nephew the Duke of Cambridge and hen by decent through the Fitzgeorges'. CONDITION REPORT: It appears that the clock was cleaned throughout and with some repairs to make it retail condition. The glass to the back door door is not original. The are two initial stamps of WW to the bottom of the door aperture at the back. movement clean and bright. The nut for the bell may not be original. The internal panels which sit behind the brass grills are not original. Chip to the top left corner of the back door. Case with a couple of old cracks and general age wear. Enamel dial with some scratches, there is a slight blister to the enamel to the right of the name and a blemish to the enamel near the centre. Minor wear around the winding apertures. Colour good and coverall appearance ok. this is a mechanical item and therefore, we can not guarantee that it is in full working order.

A 19th century Cantonese lacquered table cabinet, with two panelled doors enclosing five drawers, on bracket feet, 48.5cm H x 43cm H x 22cm D (at fault) CONDITION REPORT: Wear to the gilded detailing throughout, heavier on the top. The doors and frame at the front has some old chips which have been colour touched up. Other chips and knocks to the surface throughout. The upper hinge to the left hand door is defective and will need replacing. No lock internally. Internally brighter. Overall a little tired.
An early 19th century mahogany housekeepers cupboard, with two panelled cupboard doors enclosing shelves over an arrangement of six short drawers, a long drawer and cupboard door, on casters 222cm H x 141cm W x 51cm D CONDITION REPORT: The drawer linings are oak and the panel door backs are made of oak. The internal carcass and shelves are made of pine. The brass fittings are not original. Age wear and losses. Somewhat tired in appearance.
