A George III mahogany linen press, adapted for hanging, the cupboard doors above two short and one long drawer, on bracket feet, 194cm high Condition Report: 121.5cm wide, 58cm deep. Split and scratches to both sides, door fronts with lifting veneer in places, moulding damaged at lock, trays and base of press removed to enable hanging, moulded drawer fronts split in several places.

The square brass dial bearing an inner Roman five minute chapter ring and an outer Arabic five second interval chapter ring. The dial bears the inscription 'Jn. Day Wakefield'. The brass face has two secondary dials, the calendar movement and a second hand movement.

The glazed face has a mahogany Georgian-style frieze. The trunk with hinged door bears two matching Corinthian column supports with brass finials.
