(indistinct lettering) July 9 - 1917.", also bears various inscriptions to inside of door, mostly indistinct but appears to include the date either July? or February? 23rd 1874? and also an inscription which reads "... Summer 1925", splits to front, repaired splits to door, various splits to sides, various replacement sections including bracket base appears to be later, pine backboard appears to be later (please see photos for examples of condition). 234 cm high. Dial, movement and case appear contemporary (circa 1800). Please note that we can make no guarantees as to whether or not in working order.
