A Victorian Figured Walnut, Marquetry and Gilt Metal Mounted Credenza, 3rd quarter 19th century, of breakfront form with central cupboard door enclosing a fixed shelf flanked by convex doors enclosing shelves, raised on a platform base, 149cm by 37cm by 107cm One door with glass missing. Central cupboard door rather faded. Bruising throughout and small veneer losses consistent with age. Feet heavily bruised. Gilt mounts of average quality. 290113
A Late George III Mahogany, Floral Marquetry and Tulipwood Crossbanded Sideboard, early 19th century, of serpentine shaped form, a deep frieze drawer above a shaped apron flanked by a deep cellaret door and cupboard door, raised on square tapering legs, 170cm by 70cm by 94cm Restored condition, but top with scratches and wear, some deep. Back edge with three rectangular sections of timber patched suggesting the top has been removed at some stage. Some variations in colour. Front section slightly fading and further patching of veneers. Bruising and losses around the feet consistent with age. 190912

A Marquetry Eight Day Longcase Clock, signed Ric Spittle, London, circa 1700, flat top pediment, side viewing windows, trunk door with floral, bird and scroll decoration, glass lenticle, plinth with matching decoration, 11-inch square brass dial, chapter ring signed Ric Spittle, London, date aperture, winged cherub spandrels, five pillar movement with anchor escapement and inside countwheel striking on a bell, later seatboard, 201cm high 31.01.13, Case has been totally restored, surfaces have been polished, due to the restored veneers the marquetry could possibly have been inlaid at a later date, veneers have been replaced in parts, hood with a later added fret, top caddy is now missing, top left and right hand sides of the backboard have been later added, trunk door with cracking in places, plinth with some cracks, skirting has been later added and also the bun feet, both side cheeks with slight packing with wood possibly due to the wrong seatboard, movement with a small screw missing which holds the click spring in place, due to this you are unable to wind the striking side of the movement at present, dial and movement look complete.
A Victorian Arts & Crafts ebonised chiffonier sideboard. The turned legs supporting open tiers with central glazed cabinet flanked by further panelled cupboards. Above are individual pedestal raised bevelled glass door cabinets of good quality flanking a central feature. H167cm x W137cm D41cm.
