A Victorian 19th century mahogany linen press - triple wardrobe. Raised on a plinth base with a single upright wardrobe being flanked by a double door linen press and chest of drawers combination. The central door with full length mirror. Finished with a flared edge cornice atop. Dismantles into pieces for ease of movement. Measures: 202cm high x 180cm wide x 50cm deep.

19TH CENTURY WELSH OAK 30 HOUR COTTAGE LONG CASE CLOCK marked: 'Dav'd Jones, Bullfa, Cavo', having broken swan neck pediment to the hood over arched aperture flanked by baluster pilasters, moulded and shaped waist door, flanked by reeded angles on a panelled base with bracket feet, arch painted face decorated with birds and shells with man o' war to the centre, Roman numerals and arched aperture. The face 15" x 11" approx. Thirty hour movement strikes on one bell. Overall 2m 10cm high approx. Includes pendulum and single weight. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Face has been well repainted apparently, the case overall in clean condition commensurate with age, movement appears to have been restored.
19TH CENTURY WELSH MAHOGANY EIGHT DAY LONG CASE CLOCK, having broken swan neck pediment with brass ball and spike finials over arched aperture, flanked by reeded pillasters, the waist with pointed arch moulded shell inlaid door, flanked by quarter reeded pillasters on a satinwood, strung outlined panel base with ogee bracket feet. Arch painted face with country scene and floral spandrels, Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture, marked: Wolfe Ansell, Pontypool. 16" x 11 3/4" approx. Eight day, two train movement striking on one bell. Overall 220cm high approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: In good overall condition, face having been very well repainted, the case with good patination and colour.
LATE 18TH CENTURY WELSH OAK 30 HOUR LONG CASE CLOCK marked: Jones and Bamford, Neath, the hood with broken swan neck pediment over arched aperture, flanked by plain turned pillasters, the waist with arch moulded door flanked by reeded, canted angles, plain panelled base on later bracket feet. Arch painted face with Arabic numerals, painted with fantastic birds to the arch with stylised spandrels, date aperture. 40 x 27cm approx. Thirty hour, single train movement striking on one bell. Overall 214cm high approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The face is rather grubby but appears original, some crazing and wear to numerals, the case of a medium colour and in fair condition, split to base panel, the bracket supports are added. Includes pendulum and single weight.

VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Includes single weight and pendulum, case of good medium colour, crack to the base, wear to the face, some losses to cross banding in places, side moulding detached.
EARLY 20TH CENTURY MAHOGANY THREE TRAIN LONG CASE CLOCK, having broken swan neck pediment to the hood, above arch aperture flanked by reed pilasters, waist door with bevel glass panel on a panel base with ogee bracket feet, hood and base decorated with inlaid vase and swag decoration, silvered Roman chapter ring and gilt metal spandrels. The face 14" x 10". Three train drum movement striking on gongs. Overall 220cm high approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Appearing in good clean condition, a little dry in places, includes pendulum.
18TH CENTURY WELSH OAK TWO STAGE BLIND CUPBOARD having moulded cornice above single door with two blind panels, two short drawers below, the projecting base with single door, having two panels, standing on stile feet. 90 x 59 x 173cm.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Rather dry, scuffed and worn with age, reasonable colour although a little faded in places, something?? to inner shelves.

Curtis, Neath, the domed hood with finials above arched aperture above flanked by baluster turned pillars, plain cross banded rectangular waist door on a cross banded panel base and bracket feet. Arch painted face with study of Durham Cathedral and ruined abbeys to the spandrels, Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture. Thirty hour movement strikes on one bell. The face is 18" x 12.5", the case overall 2m 25cm approx. Includes weight and pendulum.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Overall in good condition commensurate with age, a little dry in places, hard knocks and bumps, particularly to angles, face clear, appears missing one finial.
LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY WELSH OAK TWO SECTION, FREE STANDING HOUSEKEEPER'S CORNER CUPBOARD, having moulded cornice over dentil and strapwork friezes, single door to the upper section with a row of ogee pointed arch panels, having pierced centres with seven raised and fielded panels below, three fitted shelves to the interior, the base with an arrangement of ten rectangular raised and fielded panels, standing on bracket feet. Probably Cardiganshire. 129 x 58 x 218cm approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Appearing original condition with original back boards, good medium colour and no significant damage or losses.
RECASED 19TH CENTURY OAK 8 DAY LONG CASE CLOCK marked: H.L. & R. Jones, Llandeilo, (probably recased by well known furniture maker Les Jones of Llandeilo), flat moulded hood over square aperture, flanked by turned pillasters, moulded and shaped waist door on a panelled base with platform support. Well painted square face with country buildings to the spandrels, Roman numerals and seconds dial, 11" square. Two train eight day movement striking on one bell. Overall 205cm high approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Very good condition. The case being modern but very well made in the traditional style by a well known local furniture maker. Although an original clock the face has been (well) repainted.

VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Right door is loose in fitting, beading around top of credenza is coming away with some areas of loss, splits to cupboard door panels, some chippings and losses to perimeter, little dry in places, general wear, scratches and surface wear, further loss to beading around glazed cupboard door, stains to velvet lined shelves, structurally solid.

VAT) CONDITION REPORT: In tired condition overall with general wear, scratches, stains and marks as expected, especially to the top, faded in places, with some losses, especially to gilt bead work, splits and marks to central panelled door, very grubby.

Eight day two train movement strikes on one bell, 218cm high approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The case is a little pale and dry but no serious damage noted, wear and tear commensurate with age, the face is very grubby and has been poorly repainted at some stage, unnamed, includes two weights and pendulum.
Pair Ersari Turkmen khalyks, south west Turkmenistan, circa 1930s-40s, each 5ft. 5in. x 2ft. 7in. Overall 1.65m. x 0.79m. Both with tassels. Curled leaf design on an ivory field. These weavings would have been used as decoration for the bridal carriage, or for the bridal camel in the wedding train, and are slightly different to similar weavings (kapunuks) for door surrounds.
