A French ormolu striking mantel clock, late 19th century, 46cm high 17.12.13, Case with the ormolu mounts slightly faded, some minor chips in parts, dial with one brass collet missing around one of the winding holes and one very minor chip to the edge of the winding hole, back door glass is cracked, movement is dirty, bell and pendulum are missing.
A tortoiseshell and brass inlaid striking mantel clock, movement stamped Howell James & Cie, To the Queen, London & Paris, 34cm high 17.12.13, Case with damages to the tortoiseshell veneers and the brass inlay is lifting in parts and missing, some tortoiseshell veneers have been restored and touched up, back door is bowed, gilding has faded to the metal mounts, enamel dial cartouches with some chips, small cracks and the 8 o`clock numeral has moved and is loose, movement is dirty.

An oak eight day longcase clock, arch with a silvered plaque bearing inscription Jas Coates, Horncastle 16.12.13, Case has been cleaned and polished, plinth has been re-built, capitals to the hood door with some chips, top of the hood with some cracks, both side cheeks have been later added to raise the movement up within the case, dial and movement look complete, dial arch with a silvered plaque bearing inscription, in a later case.
A green Japanned eight day longcase clock, dial bearing later inscription Roger Parkinson, Richmond, 227cm high 17.12.13, Case in need of restoration, hood with re-placed capitals to the front door, right viewing glass is missing, front door glass is cracked, case with mouldings missing, decoration faded, trunk door has faded, dial needs cleaning, minute hand is later, dial plate with one vacant hole positioned behind the chapter ring at 7 o`clock, this would possibly indicate the dial has been later added to the movement, date aperture is not functioning due to a wheel missing off a post to drive the date wheel, no pendulum and no weights, movement needs cleaning. 227cm high without finials. Date mechanism will not work when the wheel is fitted. Needs work. No pendulum, no weights. The moon dial and date ring move freely when moved manually

Circle of William Mulready (1786-1863), Portrait of a young girl holding a basket full of posies at a cottage door, oil on canvas, 49.5cm by 30cm contained in a frame with an arched top Small repair to canvas upper right hand corner. Paint is somewhat flat and thin in places. Cracquelure across surface. One or two very minor chips to paint here and there.
Attributed to Sir William Beechey, RA (1753-1839), Portrait of a lady, bust length, wearing a red dress and lace veil, standing beside a sunlit door, oil on canvas, 73.5cm by 61cm In mostly good original condition. Un-lined covered in a layer of dirt and discoloured varnish. There is a v shaped area of damage within the background towards the upper right hand corner approx 0.5-1cm on each side (un visible on photos). A few very minor paint losses in bottom right hand corner. Fine cracquelure throughout. Area of over painting in background above her right hand shoulder. Not examined with a UV light. General knocks and losses to the frame, especially bottom right hand corner. In original early 19th century carved giltwood frame.

An early to mid 20th Century mahogany cased drop dial wall clock, the circular dial bearing Roman numerals CONDITION REPORTS Dial very flaked and most of the dial has been re-painted including the numerals and edging marks, door to front is a later replacement, fitments missing, beading missing to sides, some old woodworm holes, separating at joins, overall in need of restoration. It is not known whether or not movement is complete or in working order.
A circa 1900 Arts & Crafts oak dresser CONDITION REPORTS Dresser top has previously had hooks and holes have now been semi-filled (see photos), there is a split to the top approx. 3" from the start of the plate rack, the right front-hand cupboard door has a split down the centre of the panel, has wear, scratches and knocks conducive with age and use (see photos).

A 19th Century oak hanging corner cupboard, the moulded cornice above a fielded panelled door with parquetry and feather banded inlay decoration, opening to reveal a painted interior with two shelves CONDITION REPORTS There is a "chunk" of moulding on the right-hand side which is loose but present, moulding on the corners is also loose, some water staining to the top cornice, door has an area of splitting in the top left-hand corner, heavy scratch mark to the central panel, handle is a replacement, general wear, scratches, bumps, etc. throughout conducive with age and use, on the outsdie edges there are areas of red paint to match interior colour, interior has had "chunks" and holes drilled out of it (see photos).
An early 20th Century French mahogany display cabinet, the gadrooned and blind fretwork frieze above a central glazed door flanked by a pair of bowfronted glazed ends, the two pilasters carved with ram mask pendants, the foliate shaped apron raised on cabriole legs carved with shells, terminating in claw and ball feet, height approx 166cm, width approx 167cm.
