Condition Report: lot 2780 - dial has wear to chapter ring. dial and movement are a marriage. the door is missing 1 capitol, door has come away from the hood. section of moulding loose on the right hand side. door on the trunk has warped. knocks and splits to veneers.

A similar example^ with verge escapement and playing six tunes^ was sold Bonhams^ 7 July 2009^ lot 95. ++...the gilding on the brass mounts heavily discoloured but not regilt^ the fretwork on the back door damaged damaged and backed at later date with wood^ the thin projecting lip of the door chipped
