A Black Forest Cuckoo Bracket Clock, circa 1890, elaborately carved case front depicting stags, hunting dog and leaf foliage decoration, cuckoo door aperture above 12, 5-inch dial with Roman numerals, twin spring barrel movement with outside countwheel striking on a gong, 52cm high, with oak wall bracket, 27cm high 12.08.21 Clock case slightly faded in parts, one of the stags with both horns missing and one of the stags ears are missing, 1 and 5 o'clock numerals with part of the numerals missing, cuckoo has come off and needs securing back into position, with a later clock bracket which would date circa 1900.
