An early/mid-19th century oak cross banded and line inlaid eight-day longcase clock with broken swan neck pediment above square enamelled dial set with Roman numerals and subsidiary dials for seconds and days, inscribed 'Benjamin Harlow Macclesfield', height 220cm. CONDITION REPORT Various splits throughout the panelling of the case, minor losses to the frame of the hood and scratching from where the hood door has been opened and closed. Dial crazed throughout, Sections of hood reglued and possibly replaced. Signs of use throughout commensurate with age.

Leeson of Coles Hill; a mahogany-cased eight-day longcase clock with broken swan neck pediment and cross banded detail above enamelled dial set with Roman numerals and subsidiary second hand surrounded by gilt-heightened floral borders, short door and raised on plinth base to bracket feet, height approx 233cm. CONDITION REPORT There is a roundel missing from the left hand side of the broken swan neck pediment, there are small cracks through the veneer to the face of the hood and throughout the carcass of the clock, there is scratching and rubbing to a lot of the surfaces, complete with pendulum and two weights.

Will tick and strike, with pendulum, a pair of weights, door key and associated winding key. 2.27m (89ins) high.
