MAINE COUNTRY CUPBOARD - Two-Door Single Piece Painted Pine Cupboard, circa 1840s, in red casein paint with blue interior, short lower stepped-out cabinet having two doors with ceramic knobs, two eight-light doors above having old wavy glass, molded edge carcase, 78" tall, 20" x 58 3/4", some scraping down through yellow and blue layers of underpainting, great age patina, clean.

Imray & Son, London, ivory nameplate at top with brass hanging ring above, having glass covered gauges with angled ivory registers behind single vernier, ivory backed thermometer on inside of door, upper ivory adjustment knob, brass font and gimbal, 37" tall, 2 1/4" wide, fine condition.
BUREAU - Ca 1765-1785, Boston Chippendale Cuban Mahogany Block Front Kneehole Bureau with molded overhanging top, single long drawer over a short scalloped base center drawer, block and shell-carved center hinged door, when open exposes a two drawer shelf fitted scalloped interior. The cupboard door flanked by three drawers at each side, all drawers with original pierced brass Chippendale pulls, molded base raised on carved bracket feet, 31 1/2" tall, 35" x 19 1/4", good condition. Attributed to the Frothingham Shop, Charlestown, MA.
TALL CASE CLOCK - Mahogany Cased Federal Period Tall Clock, circa 1825, of Chippendale-Sheraton transitional design, signed `J.P. Kennard` on the hand painted face, (John Kennard, 1782-1861, Newfields, NH), with brass time and strike works, original weights, pendulum and keys, the case having fretwork crown, brass finials, face flanked by ribbed columns with brass fittings, the case below with banded and beaded door flanked by matching columns, the entirety set on small turned legs with shaped skirt, 90 1/2" tall, 18 1/2" x 10 1/2" at base, very good, working condition, minor veneer repairs.
CORNER CABINET - German Biedermeier Fruitwood Corner Cabinet, ca 1830, bow-front lower cabinet containing two paneled wooden doors with inlaid shield-form lock escutcheon, set between boxed bracket stiles atop squared cabriole legs, the flat front top cabinet with glazed door reveals a two-shelf silk-lined interior with vaulted top, canted columns at sides support molded capitol that transitions into arched cornice, matching the arched top of the door, 90 1/2" tall overall, 38 1/2" tall lower cabinet, takes 25" corner, 21" deep, scuffs, replaced back plates.
PAINTED CUPBOARD DOOR - Period Gothic 15th c Carved Giltwood Cupboard Door with Oil Painting of `Ecce Homo`, Christ before the Cross, with exquisitely carved trellis above, molded edge, keyhole on left having original wrought iron lock on reverse, snipe hinge loops on right, the reverse with remnants of original geometric patterned fabric, 35 3/8" x 14 1/2" overall, shrinkage cracks, expected losses, wonderful age patina.
