A Victorian rosewood cased single fusee mantel clock by James McCabe of London, the silvered dial engraved James McCabe, Royal Exchange, London and dated 1898, with eight day chain driven fusee movement, platform escapement, slow and fast gauge to reverse and further engraved signature to back plate, raised on gilt bun feet, 24cm high CONDITION REPORT: Lot 110 - No winder key, but has key for side door, dial and casing in good condition, no key for back door, no evidence of being ebonised, dark grain going through the mahogany finish, perhaps been re-polished at some point.
