A Regency mahogany and brass inlaid bracket clock, the lancet shaped case centred with a white painted dial set with Roman numerals housing an eight day twin fusee movement flanked by silked brass fish grill sides and raised on brass bun feet, height 44cm. CONDITION REPORT: Sold with pendulum, winding key and door keys. The dial has repainted and is inscribed "Philip Gilbert, London". This is now crazed and requires attention. SOme old repairs to the case and general wear throughout. The clock has come from a collection where the gentleman has had them running up until recently.
An early 18th century walnut longcase clock, the moulded hood above arched dial set with rolling moon phase and detailed pierced spandrels, silvered chapter ring set with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds hand and date aperture and inscribed on oval plaque "Thos Weston, Stratford", with eight day movement above long arched door and stepped plinth base, height 237cm. CONDITION REPORT: The dial has several areas of cracks and losses to the enamel. Also the numerals and particularly the subsidiary dial are rubbed and subsidiary hands are missing.

There is a fine crack to the raised domed mahogany section beneath the brass carrying handle, the dial appears to be restored as it is in such good order. General surface wear to the case. The clock has come from a collection where the gentleman has had them running up until recently.
