A late 19thC mahogany, marquetry and ormolu mounted vitrine, the moulded part galleried caddy top set with an inlaid floral frieze, above a shaped glazed door and sides enclosing a fitted velvet lined interior, on an inlaid shaped apron above sabre supports, 63cm wide, 41cm deep, 63cm high.
A mid 19thC French mounted kingwood boite voyager, of sarcophagus outline, the cover inlaid with a mother of pearl and rosewood lattice work above a hinged door of similar decoration and flanked by classical figures opening to reveal a fitted interior with filigere gilt metal ink bottles, enamelled with buildings above various velvet lined compartments and three rosewood drawers, the whole raised on scroll feet, 33cm wide, 17cm deep, 19cm high.

CONDITION REPORTS: Generally in good condition, expected wear, some staining to top, earlier panels probably incorporated, old worm damage and associated losses, front legs spliced, most probably made up entirely from earlier and later elements.
