An early 20th century walnut cabinet on stand, with pair of doors above above two drawers, on carved stretchered supports, width 95cm, height 145cm. CONDITION REPORT There are areas of moulding missing from the sides of the sop, as well as chips from the veneer on the right hand door. There is bubbling to the veneer on the drawer fronts as well as small knocks throughout, commensurate with age.
Hamburg American Clock Co; an oak-cased fourteen-day strike mantel clock with turned and knopped finials, the chapter ring set with Roman numerals, diameter approx 10cm, the rear door interior with manufacture label, number label 3150 and 'Wm. Pike & Sons Ltd, Birkenhead' retailer label, the movement numbered 164/42 130 and with crossed arrow trademark, height 47cm. CONDITION REPORT The finish is quite flat and there are some minor cracks to the veneer. There are no obvious signs of restoration.
