Two similarly styled and proportioned 19th century French pier side cabinets, each with single glazed door enclosing green velvet lined interior and two shelves, with ormolu-effect brass mounts, boxwood inlay to frieze, stringing to sides, ebonised cornice to tops, the front cabriole legs carved with acanthus leaves, the taller cabinet has a pierced brass escutcheon (h120cm w80cm d32cm and h123cm w86cm d32cm)
A 19th century miniature mahogany grandfather clock with square hood and broken scroll pediment. There is a hinged glass door to the silvered dial bearing a primitive Roman five minute interval chapter ring. The obelisk shaped trunk has a hinged door and is surmounted on a mahogany wall bracket. The clock movement bears the maker`s name Ansonia Clock Company. Patented May 3rd 1892. Length 43 cm

The brass dial is surmounted with a silvered engraved motif Tempus Fugit, chased brass mask spandrels, silvered Roman numeral chapter ring and outer Arabic five minute interval ring. Late seventeenth century spring-driven bracket clock with eight day, six pillar single fusee timepiece movement with latched plates, turned tulip pillars and anchor escapement, engraved back plate with tulip and foliate decoration, signed - Howard Londini Fecit, six and a half inch square brass dial with winged cherub spandrels, silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and feather hour divisions, signed - Howard London, matted centre with mock pendulum aperture and cut glass false pendulum bob, pierced hands. In an ebonised fruitwood case with basket top and gilt repoussé mounts with pierced floral decoration and decorative swing handle, square front door with top glass panel with cut floral insert, engraved keyhole escutcheon and false keyhole escutcheon, glass side panels and rear door with glass panel and cockbeaded border, on four bracket feet, circa 1695, 36cm overall height x 23.5cm overall width. N.B. John Howard, clockmaker, was working in London in the 1690s CONDITION REPORT Movement is clean and as far as we know in working order. Originally verge now converted to anchor. There are several vacant holes in back plate. Movement sits quite low in the case and the whole movement is very narrow. Dial is in good condition but dirty. Case is quite good but has been repaired and restored. Insert behind glass panel above dial is damaged. Key hole escutcheons may be replacements. Base has been lowered to accommodate pendulum. Case also appears to have been made originally to accommodate bell or bells

Eighteenth century longcase clock with eight day movement, twelve inch brass dial with engraved floral centre, subsidiary seconds and calendar dials, foliate spandrels and silvered chapter ring, in an oak case with shaped door with central shell paterae, hood with square door, plain turned columns and architectural pediment, 207.5cm overall height CONDITION REPORT Overall condition of movement is good. However, there is evidence of repair to rear plate where winding barrels locate and crutch is bent. Bell has been painted gold and may be a replacement. Movement is clean but we are unable to say if it is in full working order. Four pillar movement. Chapter ring is missing some securing pins and brass back plate has a vacant hole near edge above XII and has a nibble at edge near IIII. Pendulum and weights are present. Case is in good condition, however there are two deep scuffs to trunk door and plinth front panel is split. Hood is good but with some damage to left hand side moulding. Side extension to backboard detached but present

Late eighteenth century longcase clock with eight day movement, thirteen inch square brass dial, pierced foliate spandrels, engraved centre, signed - Watkin Owen Llanrwst H. E. S., with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and brass chapter ring, in an oak case with shaped door, hood with square door, turned columns and decorative pediment, 228cm overall height CONDITION REPORT Overall condition of movement is good but dirty and we are unable to say if it is in full working order. Movement and dial appear to be original to each other, although there is a marked colour difference between the movement pillars and the pillars supporting the dial. There are a number of vacant small holes near the edges of both front plate and back plate. Movement is five pillar. Dial plate is tarnished and spandrels are fixed by a screw from the back so the top of screw thread is visible through the spandrel. Hands have been painted black. Pendulum and case key are present. We don not have weights or clock key. Case is in reasonable condition but needs refurbishment. There are signs of woodworm, although we do not believe it is active. Front panel of plinth is split, feet are loose and some moulding is missing. Hood pediment is loose and finials are missing.

R. A. 1750, 210cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition is quite good. Movement is clean but we are unable to say if it is in full working order. Dial appears to be original to the movement. There are no extra holes in the front plate but two in back plate, one at bottom left hand corner adjacent to pillar and another above bell mount screw. Seat board is present but detached. Case is in reasonable condition. Some minor damage to veneers. Trunk door hinges are replacements and door no longer fits. Some signs of woodworm but appears inactive. Base not original . Hood door has veneer missing and top is damaged. There is no liner dial mask

Movement appears to be original to the case, although top of break arch is very high behind the dial mask. The dial appears to be original to the movement but there is one extra hole in the front plate on the edge just below the winding barrel. Four pillar movement. Dial is dirty, silvering is worn and dial plate is slightly twisted. Pendulum present but no weights. Case is in good condition. Some minor scratches. Plinth front panel is split
