A George III mahogany longcase clock, the broken swan neck pediment above gilt heightened glass panels and arched dial set with rolling moon phase and brass chapter ring inscribed "Winstanley, Wigan", housing an eight day movement above a long arched door flanked by quarter cut fluted pilasters to a plinth base, height 236cm. CONDITION REPORT: Curved section of moulding missing - front, top left - but present. Central 'crest' missing, not present.

A c.1900 Arts and Crafts oak dresser, the moulded cornice with scrolling ends above central bevelled mirror flanked by twin leaded glazed door centred with heart shaped motifs above a base with two glazed cupboard doors flanked by twin panel cupboard doors on heart shaped cut central support to platform base and shaped sides, width 160cm. CONDITION REPORT: Shelves fixed. Top of base slightly faded. Surface scratches and stains commensurate with age. Height: 196cm. Depth: 62cm. Collection by end of Friday 24th April please.

GOOD QUALITY MID VICTORIAN FIGURED MAHOGANY LARGE CHEST OF DRAWERS, the shaped oblong top above a cushion moulded frieze drawer, three deep panelled mahogany lined and lockable drawers, three graduated and cockbanded drawers, fitted with turned wood knobs, flanked by corbelled uprights and raised on a separate plinth base with flat fronted drawer and large bun feet, 52" (132cm) high, 54 1/2" x 25" (138.4cm x 63.5cm), the bottom graduated door has the following pencil inscription to the underside; 'These drawers were made by my father Peter Roger at the cottage ajoining The Heys Farm, Castleton in the year 1866-7, signed N.H May for Margaret May'
