A modern painted pine bookcase cabinet in the 19th Century style with glazed two door upper section over two doors and two cupboard doors Size approx. 200cm high x 111cm wide CONDITION REPORTS Basically good condition throughout. Small nick to the beading on t he left hand door - see image. Split to interior or left drawer - see image. Otherwise sound with deliverate wear to paint to give the impression of age and use a modern piece.

A Victorian mahogany housekeeper's cupboard three arch panel doors enclosing shelving over two four front compartments one with fitted interior over three drawers and three cupboard doors Size approx. 258cm high x 29cm wide x 140cm long CONDITION REPORTS The piece disassembles in to two sections, the cupboard section adn the base with drawers and cupboards. The upper section left cupboard has four fixed shleves 27cm deep, centre door as dummy, right hand door shelves again 27cm deep but follow through behind the dummy door. The secretaire drawers are basically fitted over three small drawers and a central dummy panel flanked by two cupboard doors again 27cm deep.
An 18th Century long case clock the eight day movement with brass arch dial and silver chapter ring with Arabic and Roman numerals enclosing a subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture surmounted by a silvered medallion inscribed "Stepn Mears Hempnall" Size approx. 232cm high x 49cm wide CONDITION REPORTS The case has had damage and repair and may possibly be associated to the movement. The brass arch dial has unusual holes behind the silvered medallion. The spandresl, whilst intrictae, are not particularly well finished again suggesting that they may be later additions. The case has several splits, discolouration around the door and escutcheon, the base has creasing the veneers on the front panel and sides - see images for further detail. The weights and pendulum are present however the pendulum is missing the hooks/nodules. There is no key. Where in the condition report it is indicated "the pendulum is missing, the hooks/nodules" this should read the pendulum suspension pins are missing.
A mahogany secretaire bookcase cabinet with moulded cornice over two bevel edge cabinet doors, enclosing two shelves over a fall front compartment with writing surface and stationary rack and cupboard door with fitted interior of four drawers each door set with Indian carved and inlaid panels, raised on a base of two frieze drawers on square tapered legs Size approx. 77cm long x 187cm high x 50cm deep
A 19th Century postman's alarm clock, the circular glass dial with Roman numerals and Arabic numerals to the brass alarm dial Size approx 28cm high x 28cm wide CONDITION REPORTS The movement appears to be complete and bears a label to the side door "Lovejoy and Co., clockmakers Gap Road, Wimbledon." together with instructions The fabric cover inside the door appears to be a later addition. The case has wear and tear throughout conducive with age and use. The glass dial has water staining and damage to the interior circle, it is not known whether this clock is working, not sold in working order. The movement appears to require a clean whisch will no doubt make a difference.
