Leaded And Stained Glass Panel In The Arts And Crafts Style Encapsulated glazed unit depicting a Pre-Raphaelite maiden in pink and red medieval style dress seated beneath a tree with posy in hand. The original glass unit has been removed from a window or door and has been encapsulated in a contemporary double glazed unit. Approx dimensions, 22 x 39 inches.

The well executed five-pillar movement with deadbeat escapement, six-spoke wheel crossings, Harrison's maintaining power, fine beat adjustment and invar-rod pendulum with steel cylindrical bob, the 10 inch circular silvered dial of standard regulator layout with subsidiary seconds and Roman numeral hour dials and signed to centre John Cartmell Thornton-Le-Fylde within a minute track to circumference, the floor-standing case with moulded cornice above tall glazed door enclosing movement against a flame-figured backboard, on plinth base with moulded skirt, 74 Inches high.
An early 19th century provincial oak, mahogany and marquetry eight day longcase clock, the painted arched dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial at noon and crescent date dial at six, the spandrels painted with scenes emblematic of the abolition of slavery, in a mahogany cross banded oak case with swan neck pediment, fluted columns and pilasters and marquetry paterae inlaid to the trunk door and base, on shaped bracket feet, movement restored in the mid-1990s.
A good quality satinwood and parquetry banded mahogany serpentine sideboard in the Sheraton manner, c.1900, the satinwood cross banded top over a central shallow bowfronted drawer with conforming cross banding, over a deeper concealed kneehole drawer with foliate marquetry spandrels, flanked by a quarter veneered and satinwood oval inlaid and cross banded cupboard door to the left and deep drawer to the right, all with lion mask ring handles, raised on six square tapered supports with spade feet, 71¼ x 26½in. An 18th century Channel Islands eight day mahogany longcase clock by Nicolas Blondel, the four turned pillar movement striking the hours on a bell, the arched brass Roman dial with Arabic outer minute track, engraved sunburst subsidiary seconds dial at noon and date aperture at six, with gilt rocaille spandrels and signed roundel to arch, 'Nicolas Blondel à Guernesey', the mahogany case with cut card and fluted stile arched top on fluted pillars, the trunk with flame mahogany arched door, raised on a fielded panelled base with bracket feet, 88in. (223.5cm.) high.
An early 19th century North Country eight day longcase clock, the painted arched Roman dial with subsidiary seconds at noon, date dial at six and pierced gilt hands, the arch painted with Christ and Mary Magdalene within architectural spandrels, the case with swan neck pediment on spiral reeded columns, double arched trunk door flanked by spiral reeded pillars and cross banded base, on swept feet, 93in. (236cm.) high, 26¾in. (68cm.) wide.

CONDITION REPORT Has not been working in saleroom, large section of top hood panel broken, part missing 21 x 6cm, some wear to dial from cleaning, one column loose other with dent appox 5mm, also with piece of wood missing on top of column, re-glazed, a deep scrape approx 1cm left hand side of door, wear commensurate with age. Pendulum present.

Key present.
