Dent a Paris, a French brass carriage clock, engraved case, the rear door with dust covers, rectangular enamelled dial with Roman chapter ring and subsidiary alarm dial, repeating alarm movement, height 13cm, with carry case and associated keys.Condition report:The clock winds, ticks (don't know yet about accuracy), repeats and alarms correctly, case is good, inscription on the dial is worn, associated case and three keys.The underside of the case, internal aspect of the movement door, and base plate below the winding peg are stamped '3016'. Then there is another number stamped on the back of the front movement plate which appears to be '3960'.
Victorian ebonised mantel clock, the case with gilt metal mounts and grille sides, silvered dial with Fast/Slow, Chime/Silent and Full/Westminster Chime selectors, signed Barwise, London, triple fusee movement striking on eight bells and a gong, height 65cm, with original pendulum and associated winding key.Condition report:Scratches to the bottom of the dial surround and to the wood below the front door. Oak bracket clock, the case with brass mounts, 15cm square brass dial, Lenzkirch movement striking on two gongs, height 42cm.Condition report:There are some cracks to the wood on the top and on the left-hand-side. There are some minor losses to the front where the door lock fits and to the material on the back door. Thee is no evidence of woodworm. The clock winds but is not running at present time. The upper hammer strikes but the lower hammer does not. Please see additional uploaded images.
George III mahogany kneehole desk, the top with rounded corners and moulded edge, eight drawers surrounding a cupboard, bracket feet, width 83cm, depth 50cm, height 79cm.Qty: 1Condition report:The central door is present, just detached with the hinges having broken. Some colour variation throughout, spots and staining to the top with a white halo to the centre. No significant splits to the top or sides. Most of the drawer fronts have old sections of repair. One drawer pull is defective. Drawer linings are good and original. Old repairs to the feet.
