A Bing ‘0’ gauge clockwork 4-4-0 tender locomotive. An outside cylinder locomotive, in North American style, with headlight to smoke-box door, bell to boiler top, unpainted twin domes and cow-catcher. RN 0 35. In red lined black livery. GC-VGC, some reticulation to paintwork. Hand rails missing.
An ‘O’ gauge 3-rail class 3F 0-6-0 Jinty tank locomotive. In LMS plain black livery, RN 7309. Fitted with fixed buffers, vacuum pipes and drop link couplings, number plate to smoke box door and lamps to top of buffer beam and top of smoke box, coal rails to top of bunker. GC some cleaning, light restoration required. See illustration.
A rarely modelled ex LYR 2-4-2 tank locomotive. A 3-railed example in LMS plain black livery RN 10890. Fitted with sprung buffers, vacuum pipes, drop links, outside springs above leading wheels with Salter safety valves, coal rails around bunker and number plate to smoke box door. VGC minor wear. An ‘O’ gauge 3-rail Stanier 2-6-4 tank locomotive. In LMS red lined black livery, RN 2500. Fitted with square section fixed buffers, drop links, vacuum pipes, hand rails to smoke box door and front boiler sides. QGC complete but requires restoration. Small rust patches overall. See illustration.
A rare Carrette overtype stationary steam plant. A fine example of this seldom seen engine. The boiler measures 23.5cm with a 9cm diameter. Water gauge and tap to burner end, slide out 4 wick burner tray with authentic riveted ‘door’ to outside. Single piston, whistle, safety valve, cam, rods, flywheel, governor and removable chimney fitted with spark arrester all mounted to top of boiler. Fitted to a tinplate frame and supporting pillar, both fixed to a cast metal base 26x13cm, painted in maroon with red line detailing and light olive green centre panel. VGC for age. Little evidence of use. Age patina overall. See illustration.
A vertical single cylinder Ryder-Ericsson Engineering Co hot air engine. Overall height to top of stroke 47.5cm with a cylinder diameter 5.5cm, Beam style connecting rod 20.5cm, 6 spoked flywheel 22cm, with brass taps and valves. Mounted on a rectangular table top style base. Painted overall in green. Firebox with hinged door in matt black. Clear plastic hoses to rectangular water expansion tank. The whole is mounted to a red oxide tile style base 45.5X23cm. VGC light cleaning required. See illustration.
A scarce Jep clockwork tinplate car French made clockwork tinplate sedan, possibly a 1940s Delahaye, no. 7575. Vehicle is 13" in length in deep red with silver chassis. Features opening driver’s side front door, front bench seat, black operating steering wheel (RHD), metal wheels with yellow trim and black tyres, battery-operated front lights, authentic plated bumpers, registration 7585 JEP. GC, some chipping, corrosion to metalwork, motor and lights not tested. See illustration.
