A Regency brass mounted mahogany eight day bracket clock, with stepped architectural case, enamelled dial and twin fusee movement, 29cm wide 17cm deep 42cm high**CONDITION REPORT**Honest condition now in need of some restoration, the case is of a good reddish brown dark mahogany tone, finial oxidised, front left corner of the case broken away and missing, one handled damaged with its ring missing, ebonised stringing around the edges of the brass inset sections to the front of the case, now with sections of ebony missing, brass all present but oxidised, dial dirty and chipped but looks original, hands look original, brass banding springing away from the left lower side of the case, further brass work missing completely from around the top frieze of the case, feet look original but oxidised, front door locked shut with no key present, back door with damage to the left side and lower left corner broken and missing, unsigned movement looks complete but not tested for timekeeping, comes with what looks to be the original adjustable pendulum.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. A William IV carved mahogany pagoda top bracket clock, with enamelled signed Roman dial, twin fusee movement with repeat and anchor escapement, 36cm wide 20cm deep 54cm high**CONDITION REPORT**Overall looks to be in very good clean condition, of good rich reddish brown mahogany tone, one small split showing directly above 12 o’clock, slight oxidisation to the bezel, dial probably re-done at some point with a little rubbing to the left, movement unsigned but looks to be in good working condition, no cord for the repeat pull but this does seem to operate to some extent, comes with original pendulum and case key but no winding key, small losses to the edges of the back door.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. A George III ebonised chiming and repeating bracket clock, with plain architectural case and arched Roman dial, inscribed Song / Minuet / Jig to the arch selector, the twin fusee movement with verge escapement and later clarion chiming on six bells, with bob pendulum. 29cm wide 17cm deep 52cm high**CONDITION REPORT**Overall a little tatty and in need of some cosmetic attention, ormolu mounts all have a dull bronzed finish, front right one is repaired, they also look like they may be later applied replacements, front door has old cracks and splits around the top and no key for the lock, dial has had the scroll work, swags and selector hand for the clarion added later along with signs of old marking and repairs particularly near 11 o'clock, back case with old cracks to the left side of the door which has original lock and working key which also works the front door, movement looks associated to the case and has had the clarion added later, no doubt with other alterations, comes with associated winding key.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. A George III mahogany eight day longcase clock, with plain case and arched silvered dial, engraved with flowers, strike silent, subsidiary seconds and date aperture, movement with anchor escapement striking on a bell, W.49cm H.214cm**CONDITION REPORT**Overall in good condition, the case of a rich reddish brown mahogany tone, a little lighter on the trunk door, probably had some sort of finials at one time looking at the holes in the top of the hood, escutcheon to hood door is loose with no key for the original lock, dial and movement in very good clean condition just a little oxidisation on some of the silvering, comes with pendulum and two cast iron weights, trunk door has a small loss to the top left corner, lock has a working key, base of the case looks to have been reduced.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. A William & Mary black japanned cabinet on stand, the two door cabinet with original gilt brass mounts decorated in the chinoiserie style with deer, flowering plants and birds in a landscape and enclosing an arrangement of ten drawers, on stand with squared tapered legs, W.96cm D.61cm H. overall 149cm**CONDITION REPORT**Main cabinet measures W.82cm D.49.5cm H.73cm, japanning with wear and damage commensurate with age, notably vertical cracks running from 12 o'clock on the left hand panel and other cracks running down the right hand front panel along with various levels of rubbing and wear, left side similarly with old splits rubbing and loss of the raised decoration, right side similar, all brass work looks to be present and in fair condition, lock look orignal but no key present, inside of doors as usual in better condition than the outside although still with some rubbing and retouching to the top, internal drawer fronts again generally in good condition with original ring handles, central drawer has original lock but again no key, stand with small chips and knocks and wear throughout, and also rather wobbly at the joints.PLEASE NOTE:- Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested BEFORE the auction takes place. A Victorian marquetry inlaid walnut serpentine front credenza, the two central doors inlaid with panels of flowers and scrolls flanked by serpentine glazed doors, on plinth foot, W.200cm D.47cm H.110cm**CONDITION REPORT**Overall of a good rich dark golden walnut tone, the top somewhat more faded with watering marks and other scuff damage. Circular pattern ormolu mounts applied to the middle of the freize are later replacements, further amounts are missing from the top left and right corners, one rectangular mount is missing from the lower right corner, the left side mount is loose inside.
