An oak priory-style floor-standing corner cabinet, glazed panel door over lower panelled door, length 173cm and a contemporary mahogany floor-standing cabinet, glazed door over bow-front cupboard door, length 161cm (2). CONDITION REPORT The oak cabinet has some marks to the edge next to the lock and a chip from the left hand side of the central rail. The mahogany cabinet has no obvious signs of damage or repair.

CONDITION REPORT Losses to the marquetry on the top, crack to the glass, some veneer missing from base. Shelf 28.5cm deep, 50cm wide. Overall 76 x 40.5 x 109cm.
A 1970s teak G plan dining room suite, comprising oval table, 78cm H, 162cm W, 113cm D, with chairs (4+2) with faux leather backs and seats, and a sideboard, stamped to the inside door.The upholstery in this lot does not comply with the 1988 (Fire & Fire Furnishing) Regulations, unless sold to a known exporter or upholsterer it will be cut from the frame before leaving the premises.
