A 19th century eight day mahogany long case clock, the dentil cornice over pierced Gothic arch open fret work frieze and blind fret panels, the arched top 13" dial with silver chapter ring subsidiary day of the month and seconds aperture, set within gilt corner spandrels, surmounted by makers name plaque `WILLM LAUDER PATHER` the hood with gilt metal mounted spiral fluted columns, over a canted trunk with rectangular door, resting on bracket feet, 203 cm high.
An Edwardian mahogany side cabinet by Edwards & Roberts, with overall inlaid foliate scrolls and satinwood crossbanded borders, the swan neck pediment above an astragal glazed door flanked by open shelves and mirrors, the base fitted with three drawers above a further pair of astragal glazed doors and open shelves, on turned tapering legs, width approx 121cm.
A late 19th Century French cream painted and gilt vitrine of cylindrical form, the circular glazed top painted with a cherub above a glazed door and three glazed panels divided by gilt reeded Ionic pilasters, enclosing two glass shelves, the fluted apron applied with giltwood and gesso flower baskets united by flower festoons, on four cabriole legs united by a carved undertier applied with gilt laurel wreath and swag decoration, terminating in hairy hoof feet, height approx 180cm. Provenance: Stride & Son Charity Auction In Aid of Arundel Castle Fund for Sussex Charities, 4th November 1989, Lot 13. Accompanying auctioneer`s receipt, Arundel Castle guide showing the piece in situ, and letter from Arundel Castle Trustees Limited, dated 6th November 1989, confirming the cabinet was previously used at Arundel Castle to display Mary Queen of Scots` Rosary.

A Fabulous Quality Rosewood & Kingwood Serpentine Front Vitrine with ormolu mounts. The Brêche d`alep marble top having a bowed break front and concave sides with a moulded edge. The frieze mounted with a finely cast ormolu band of lavishly scrolling husk flowers, and small urns of cascading flowers heading the pilasters. The glazed bow-front door and concaved side panels displaying an adjustable glass shelf and edged in foliate cast beading with entwined garlands of laurel running down the pilasters and fine foliate mounts to the square tapering feet, 39¾ ins (101 cms high, 37 ins (94 cms) wide, 17½ ins (44.5 cms) deep.

The shaped door centred by a Sèvres style plaque depicting a romantic scene in a turquoise blue border enriched with gilding and having decorative gilt metal mounts. The whole inlaid with bouquets & garlands of flowers & foliage in diagonally grained borders with trellis work to the rounded pilasters. The frieze drawer & cupboard below lined in coromandel. 39½ ins (100 cms) high, 39½ (100 cms) wide.

A Fine Victorian Burr Walnut Credenza. The breakfront top with bowed sides above a parquetry frieze of interlaced geometric bands. The centre door having an oval porcelain plaque hand-painted with three celestial cherubs in a turquoise border enriched with gilding, in gilt bronze mounts. The pilasters inlaid with key pattern bands and flanking bowed glass side cupboards enclosing display shelves lined in velvet. Standing on a plinth base 45½ ins (110 cms) high, 71 ins (180 cms) wide.
A Pair of Pretty Sheraton Revival Painted Satinwood Waterfall Bookcases. The shaped pediments painted with urns of flowers in oval rings of black stringing swagged in drapery either side. The graduated shelves edged in painted black stringing above a single panel cupboard door ornamented with a basket of flowers and anthemion motifs. Standing on outswept bracket feet 53 ins (135 cms) in height, 20 ins (51 cms) wide and 11 ins (28 cms) deep.
A Miniature Mahogany Long Case Clock. The dome-topped cavetto moulded hood having an arched dial with a small round plaque inscribed Tempus Fugit surrounded by engraved flowers. The case with a dummy front door above a moulded base on swept bracket feet. The back with small presentation plaque inscribed "Presented to Lady Whitworth after Launching HMS Loch Glendhu at Buratisland Shipyard on 18th October 1944", 34½ ins (88 cms) in height.

The back having a single shelf raised on turned columns below a top rail edged in ovolu moulding with carved flower heads issuing scrolls of foliage adorning the rounded ends. The breakfront cupboard with recessed panel door flanked by pilasters capped with bands of lotus leaves and flanked by open shelves either side. Standing on a plinth base 52¾ ins (134 cms) high, 54 ins (137 cms) wide, 17 ins (43 cms) deep.
A Marquetry Bonheur du Jour. The small upper cupboard section surmounted by a Brêche d`alep marble platform with gilt metal gallery rail. The serpentine front door and concave side panels inlaid in various coloured woods with romantic scenes depicting figures in landscape. The base section accommodating a fall front frieze writing drawer with leather insert and fitted drawers to interior raised on four square tapering cabriole legs with decorative gilt metal mounts and beading leading down to a shaped under-shelf. 54 ins (137 cms) high, 30¼ ins (77 cms) wide, 12 ins (31 cms) deep.
A Large & Impressive Louis XVI Normandy Marriage Armoire. The deeply moulded cornice above a floral relief carved frieze centred by a protruding crested wreath of flowers & foliage centred by two doves. The doors below surmounted by similarly carved floral bouquets; each door having two shaped panels defined by petalled & moulded borders and divided by relief carved ovals of berries & foliage; hung on pole hinges and having long pierced & shaped escutcheons. The corner columns enriched with palms & reeding and form the scroll knop feet joined by a wavy apron. [Provenance stated on the inside label; `Tinchbray Normandie, France` along with French description, previous restoration and date of sale in Luxembourg 15th September 1982]. 91 ins (230 cms) in height, 67 ins (170 cms) in width, 25 ins (64 cms) in depth.
