Dial yellowed and with wear to the minute track between 11 and 12 positions. Dial also has some chips to the enamel, two of which have been retouched. Case missing side door. Lower door has no key.
An Edwardian oak 'grandmother' clock, with ogee hood and geometric panelled door, the 9" metal dial with moulded spandrels, the eight-day spring-driven movement striking on bar gongs, 164cm high.Condition report: Some small losses to mouldings on the hood. One side moulding replaced. Hood runner missing on one side. Case has some minor cosmetic marks throughout. Evidence of old worm to the case back. Movement winds and runs. Strike needs attention and would benefit from a service.

A late 19th century arts and crafts influence oak mirror-back sideboard, the scroll cresting above twin beveled mirrors flanking a central cupboard with leaded glass door, above two frieze drawers and twin cupboard doors having blind fretwork panels, raised on shaped supports.137cm wide, 177cm high, 54cm deep.Condition report: Provenance: The Southport home of poet Helen Fielden (1859-1950), supplied by the PIoneer Complete House Furnishing Store, Liverpool. A slim volume accompanying this lot shows the sideboard in situ, in a photograph taken in circa 1898.
A Victorian mahogany and boxwood strung secretaire chest, having a concealed frieze drawer above a cock-beaded fitted secretaire drawer over two further conforming drawers flanked by reeded pilasters, raised on bracket feet, 118cm wide, 114cm high, 55cm deep.Condition report: There are multiple losses to be in line and veneer especially to the top front corners and side top edges the cock beading to the drawers have several losses also, the corner pilasters have losses to the centre in line the interior has a replacement baize skiver, now lifting, lost and replaced drawer knops, lost key escutcheon to centre door. Cornice chipped, especially front left and right. 1cm hole on top of right side 'wall' stile of hood. Trunk door with later catch. Left side of trunk with some holes.

Small chips including apron, legs and sides, but also the top edge of the fall in three places, including a 6cm length. Plush-lining faded and right interior very worn and torn.
