An 18th Century Swedish painted cased Mora long case clock, the eight day movement with painted circular dial and Arabic numerals, inscribed AAS (possibly Krang Anders Andersson - 1727-1799 of Ostnor) CONDITION REPORTS Case appears to have been re-painted and has a distressed finish, dial is very dented and warped and has been totally re-painted with none of the original decoration currently visible, various chips, craqueleur and losses, old woodworm holes to the case, circular face of clock appears slightly different size from the case and sits back ffrom the glazed door.
