A rare, interesting and unique management contract between The Boys Next Door (later The Birthday Party) and Barrie Earl and Philip Jackson. This document dated 6th April 1979 is a rare insight into the early career of Nick Cave, with the contract stating that management would take a twenty percent cut of the bands earnings. The document is signed by all members comprising Nick Cave (autograph reading Nicholas Cave), Michael Harvey, Tracy Pew, Phillip Calvert and both managers, all witnessed by Milanka Comfort. The Boys Next Door were signed by Earl on the newly established subsidiary label Suicide, before Rowland Howard formally joined the band.

Most famously known as a member of New York band Swans, this collection contains set lists and door signs from her 2005 European tour, cased in a fan made folder, as well as hand written lyrics to include Swans song I’ll Swallow You and solo lyrics for Sinner, alongside a Swans Are Dead 1982 - 1997 pin badge.
