Bing loco & tender with three coaches: 4-4-0 loco, 410 on cab-side, clockwork, green lined yellow & black with matching tender ‘Great crest Western’ on sides (both E). Three brown short bogie coaches with red lined windows and yellow lining – two 1st/3rd & one luggage/guard. The latter is marked ‘GWR’ the other two show no ownership. Coach sides (VG) but grey roofs have some marks. All have opening doors and are complete with door handles.
Hornby No.20 Goods set, clockwork, comprising No.20 loco & tender BR lined green, loco missing smokebox door, with two open wagons, track. Also includes spare clockwork motor with wheels (G). Box base missing loco fitment, otherwise (VG) lid two corners split and some fading (BF) along with rotary tipping wagon, points, No. 1 level crossing, No. 2 Signal arm signal.
1923-4 Hornby Colman’s Mustard van. Open axleguard base, nut & bolt construction, nickel plated large drop-link couplings, nickel plated wheels on thin axles, yellow body with red & gold shadowed ‘Colman’s Mustard’, bulls head in top R/h corner, ‘By appointment’ in lower L/h corner, ‘Hornby Series’ on chassis beam one side R/h corner. Opening doors are complete with door handles. Roof is dark cream colour and has a couple of scratches. The body is un-marked. The box is buff coloured natural solid strawboard with printed label stating: “Covered luggage van – Carro de Bagaje Cubierto - Wagon de Bagages Couvert – Gauge 0 – Manufactured by – Fabricante – Fabriqué par – Meccano Ltd Liverpool Eng.” The box base has a pencil written ‘Colmans Mustard’ on one long side. There are two rubber stamp marks on the outside of the lid – one states ‘Colmans’ and the other ‘Tested.’ Internally it is stencilled ‘Made in Holland 28 x 36 =12’ which refers to the board maker and size of the uncut sheet. Graebe (New Cavendish) states this is the correct box and correct label. (BE)

1929-30 Hornby No.3C Riviera Blue Train loco & tender, black/red/gold lined cab, no deflectors, black smokebox door, brown smokebox, brown running plate & domes. Pony wheels are replacements. Some light creasing to L/h cab-side. The whole loco is a high quality repaint (VG-E) as a repaint. Tender, also a repaint, all wheels are replacements (VG)

A Chinese Republic early 20th century hard wood and metal bound circular hand painted wedding basket / box. The basket having a circular top painted with traditional depiction over a series of floral vignettes to the sides. Metal ring hooks with metal plaques locking system. Handles to sides. The box opening to reveal a spacious interior with hidden door to base. Raised on circular foot. Measures approx. 25cm tall, 37cm in diameter. Provenance - part of a collection from Netheravon House, in Netheravon, Wiltshire. The house was built after 1734 by Henry Somerset, 3rd Duke of Beaufort, on a commanding part of the chalk bluff that overlooks the Avon Valley, to the south of the 11th-century village church and close to where a Roman villa stood. The grounds were laid out by the landscape architect and astronomer Thomas Wright and published in Universal Architecture in 1755 and 1758.
