A George III Style Small Mahogany Longcase Clock, circa 1900, arch pediment, stop brass fluted columns and pilasters, nicely figured trunk door, plinth with a raised quatre form panel, 6-inch one piece arch silvered dial inscribed John Bryan, London, double weight driven movement with an anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 158cm high 22.08.19 Case with cracks to veneers, plinth with some dents and scuff marks, dial is discoloured, movement is complete but needs cleaning, with pendulum and two weights.
An Oak Eight Day Longcase Clock, signed J.Joyce Junr, Ruthin, circa 1810, swan neck pediment, mahogany crossbanded trunk door, 14-inch arch painted dial with Arabic numerals, date aperture and seconds dial, arch with a painted scene of a lady leaning against a ships anchor on the rocks, four pillar movement with attached falseplate stamped Walker & Finnemore, anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 228cm high 21.08.19 Case is faded in parts, case sides with small cracks, plinth with cracks, feet are missing, later skirting, hood glass with a chip to the corner, central hand collet pin is missing, movement needs cleaning, with two weights and a pendulum.
~ A Small Japanned Chiming Longcase Clock, circa 1910, black Japanned case decorated with Oriental scenes, 7-1/2-inch arch brass dial, arch with chime/silent selection, triple spring barrel movement chiming on four gongs and striking a further gong for the hours, 172cm high 22.08.19 Case with the Oriental scenes rubbed and lacking in parts, case with small chips and scratches, trunk door is slightly bowed, dial is dirty, movement is dirty, no pendulum.

A rare, interesting and unique management contract between The Boys Next Door (later The Birthday Party) and Barrie Earl and Philip Jackson. This document dated 6th April 1979 is a rare insight into the early career of Nick Cave, with the contract stating that management would take a twenty percent cut of the bands earnings. The document is signed by all members comprising Nick Cave (autograph reading Nicholas Cave), Michael Harvey, Tracy Pew, Phillip Calvert and both managers, all witnessed by Milanka Comfort. The Boys Next Door were signed by Earl on the newly established subsidiary label Suicide, before Rowland Howard formally joined the band.

A c.1920's Rippingilles patent No. 630 paraffin double burner/hob and oven, with black tinplate body, twin hobs, hinged door, twin burners to base and brass fittings, raised on a base, the stove measures 38 cm high, 43.5 cm wide, 29.5 cm deep, total height 99 cm (2). Provenance; Malcolm Shields Collection, Hull; this is believed to be one of 12 such cookers made for trawlers used between the demise of the coal fired trawlers and the diesel powered ones.
