^ A Late George III Mahogany Bookcase Cabinet, early 19th century, the Greek Key dentil cornice above a plain frieze with astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the base with two moulded panelled cupboard doors, on bracket feet,163cm by 39cm by 242cm (alterations) Condition report: Reasonable condition, however the left-hand section to the astragal glazed doors is cracked. There is a section of moulding missing here also. The left-hand door with a section of timber missing (see images). There are sections of timber replaced on the left-hand end panels. The right-hand base section has been patched, possibly formerly cut around skirting board. With key and lock. The doors protrude slightly at the top section. The upper section has been deepened.

A George III Mahogany Linen Press, circa 1800, the moulded cornice above cupboard doors with oval panels enclosing three oak-lined sliding trays, the base with two short over two deep drawers, on splayed bracket feet, 130cm by 58cm by 211cmCondition report: Variations in colour. Some fading particularly around the drawer fronts and the lower section of the cupboard doors. The right-hand cupboard door is bowed and with a section of moulding missing. The left-hand side with a large section of timber missing (see image). Stringing at the base also with fault. The right-hand side is reasonable with the exception of some stringing being missing, and a small split to the moulding. The interior with oak sliding trays, the back boards are original (see images).

A Pair of Victorian Mahogany Pedestals, the moulded tops above arched cupboard doors enclosing drawers, shelves and a sliding tray, each on plinth base, 19th century and adapted, 62cm by 59cm by 92cmCondition report: Pedestal one - natural? split/shrinkage split at the front (see images). Left-hand panel and right-hand panel with small natural? splits (see images). The cupboard door is very slightly misshapen at the top, it is OK when closed and locked. Pedestal two - better condition, there is a very small natural split to the front-right hand corner. There is some movement to the moulding on the arched cupboard door.

^ A George III Mahogany Linen Press, late 18th century, the moulded cornice above a frieze decorated with moulded roundels and two moulded cupboard doors enclosing converted hanging space, two short and two long drawers below, on bracket feet, 135cm by 65cm 219cmCondition report: Right-hand door is bowed (see image). The end panels have formerly been fitted with handles and there is a patched repair with further splits. Original handles. Slides and trays have been removed, there is now just hanging space. Hinges have also been replaced on these cupboard doors. There is no key. The doors shut, though there is a gap as previously described (see image).

The moulded panels (ie the curved section) have some splits. Glazing is good.

The glazing is fine, with signs of repair to some of the astragal glazing/moulding (see image). General scuffs mainly around the base consistent with age. The cupboard doors are nice and flat, with no warping. There are some general scuffs above the drawers and some losses to the cock beading. Right-hand cupboard door with repairs around the hinges to a reasonable standard. The right-hand side panel has a split to the back corner which has been filled and polished (see images). There is a patch repair on one of the dustboards. One sliding tray is missing and the pine-lined drawers are open, with key.

The internal door bottom hinge is detached. The stand is in good condition. There are no locks, thus no keys. The drawers are not dovetailed they are but jointed.
