Webbing is sunken and has hardened and become brittle with age, one webbing strap has broken. The upholstery to seat cushion is in distressed condition, with numerous holes and frays to fabric. The Frame is structurally sound and sturdy, with general surface wear to include scratches, scuffs and marks. Two rubber door stops have been attached/screwed to the reverse of sofa.

Glue remnants above it to the right-hand side door. The electrical cord cut - needs rewiring. General scratches scuffs and marks throughout. The lower cabinet missing its shelf. The mirror panels with chips. With flaking to the mirror plates. The yellowing behind the flanking pillars appears to be discoloured glue from the mounting of the lucite pillars reflecting back.
